These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all mobile applications developed and published by SunRayArt Design (“we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to Quothea, Motivation Quotes, and future apps listed on our official website.

By using our mobile applications (“Apps”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

1. Use of the App

Our Apps are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse the app or its content.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without written permission.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, and app features are the intellectual property of SunRayArt Design, unless otherwise stated.
You may not use our name, brand, or content without explicit written consent.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some features may be available through optional in-app purchases or subscriptions via Google Play.
All transactions are handled securely by Google Play, and we do not access or store your payment details.

You are responsible for managing your subscription (cancellation, renewal, etc.) through your Google account settings.

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

5. No Warranty

Our Apps are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
We make no guarantees about availability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We may update, change, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SunRayArt Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Age Restriction

Our apps are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
By using our Apps, you confirm that you meet the minimum required age.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
