These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Quothea – Daily Motivation Quotes (“the App”), developed and published by Sunray Art Design (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who Can Use the App

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. What the App Provides

Quothea provides motivational quotes, daily affirmations, customizable widgets, reminders, and related wellness content. The App is available in a free version with limited content and a Premium version with full access.

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Premium Subscription

Some features are available through an optional Premium subscription purchased via Google Play Billing. All transactions are processed securely by Google Play — we never access or store your payment details.

Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.

We do not offer refunds directly — refund requests are handled according to Google Play’s refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including quotes, design elements, graphics, icons, and features — is the intellectual property of Sunray Art Design unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

The App allows you to add your own personal quotes. You retain ownership of any content you create. By saving content in the App, you confirm that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

We do not access, share, or use your personal quotes — they are stored locally on your device.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the App’s code or infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the App
• Resell or commercially exploit any part of the App or its content

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or that the content will meet your specific needs.

The motivational content in the App is for general wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sunray Art Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Privacy

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
